Alice has spent several decades successfully leading customer success and customer experience teams to advocate for customers and deliver optimized outcomes. She has worked within the employee engagement industry for more than 20 years, partnering with and learning from influential HR leaders at the world’s largest companies and most admired brands to build thriving cultures within their organizations. These include, IBM, GE, NBCU, Citigroup, Merck, P&G, Reuters, Citizens, Intuit, BP, Pepsico, Cardinal Health, Eaton, Corning Incorporated, Cisco, Dell, Baystate Health and many others.
Using her unique experience, she has developed a framework to intentionally and systematically guide organizations to unlock successful people practices and lay sustainable foundations for social and emotional wellbeing at work.
